Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VybeCode UI, a product of Vybecode LTD ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using VybeCode UI in any form (web application or desktop application), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Web Version" means the free, browser-based version of VybeCode UI accessible at ui.vybecod.ing.
- "Desktop App" means the downloadable native application that includes C++ code export functionality.
- "License Key" means the cryptographic key provided upon purchase that activates the Desktop App.
- "Generated Code" means any C++, CMake, or other source code output produced by VybeCode UI's export functionality.
2. Web Version (Free)
The Web Version is provided free of charge. You may use it to design plugin interfaces, use all component types, themes, and templates, and save/load designs. The Web Version does not include standalone C++ code export or filmstrip asset bundling. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Web Version at any time.
3. Desktop App (Paid License)
The Desktop App requires a valid License Key obtained through a one-time purchase. Each license permits activation on up to three (3) machines simultaneously. You may deactivate a machine and reactivate on a different machine at any time.
4. Ownership of Generated Code
All Generated Code produced by VybeCode UI is owned entirely by you. We claim no intellectual property rights over code you generate using the software. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize Generated Code without restriction, royalty, or attribution.
5. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell your License Key
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Desktop App (except as permitted by applicable law)
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the software
- Use the software to create competing products that replicate its core functionality
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the licensing mechanism
6. Payment and Refunds
Payment is processed through Stripe. All prices are in USD. We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase if the software does not perform as described. To request a refund, contact us at the email listed on our Contact page. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and the associated License Key will be deactivated.
7. Privacy
Your use of VybeCode UI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. License verification is performed offline on your machine using Ed25519 cryptographic verification. Your License Key is never transmitted to our servers after initial activation.
8. Intellectual Property
VybeCode UI, including its design, code, documentation, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Vybecode LTD. This license grants you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of the software itself.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
VybeCode UI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Generated Code will compile without errors in all environments or configurations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vybecode LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the software.
11. Updates
We may release updates to VybeCode UI from time to time. Updates within the same major version are included with your license at no additional cost. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase. The Desktop App includes an auto-update mechanism that checks for new versions.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Desktop App and destroy all copies. Your right to use any previously Generated Code survives termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Contact
